REVIEW OF MINUTES 0 Public Session 2/11/2013. Paul Andrews rade a motion that the Public Session minutes of the Board of Assessors meeting of 111be approved-as presented. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. • Executive Session 2/11/2013. 'Pawl Andrews made a motion that the Executive session minutes of the Board of Assessors meeting of 2/11/2013 be approved-as presented. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved-. Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors adjourn the Public Session and enter into Executive Session, to return to Public Session, in order to comply with the MGS Chapter 59, Section o, to discuss possible exemption/abatement applications, the contents of which are not public record. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. Roll-Call,Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes_ The motion was unanimously approved. The Public Session was adjourned at : 05 PIH Chairman Gregg Fraser reconvened the Public Session at 6:20 PM. Sheldon Holzer made a motion thatthe Board members be permitted to use signature stamps when authorizing abatement and exemption application grants and/or denials. Pawl Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
