The motion was unanimously <br /> approved-. <br /> • <br /> Review of the Jessica Lynn Ronhock Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Application, 82 sunset <br /> Circle, Mashpee, was continued to the next Board of Assessors meeting. <br /> • Review of Charitable Exemptions (49) <br /> Jason Streebel stated that the current list is down to 5 for FY 2014. One of those is the Wampanoag <br /> Tribe, which has not'yet submitted their necessary paper work.'.' Mr. Streebel stated his feeling that the <br /> delay is a result of the fact that the two Tribal officials handling the exemption process are now n <br /> longer in office. There has been no response to second notices from the Assessing Office to the <br /> Tribe. Mr. Streebel asked whether the Board should continue sending the Tribe a tax bill in January, <br /> and if so the Tribe will undoubtedly file for an abatement, and technically because the Town now <br /> revalues every year, this opens up a deadline to the abatement application timeline.
