The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the Board adjourn the Public Session and enter into Executive <br /> Session, to return to Public Session} in order to comply with the MGS Chapter 59, Section 60, t <br /> discuss possible litigation issues, the contents of which are not public record. Gregg Fraser seconded <br /> the ••• tion. <br /> Doll Call Vote: Sheldon Holzer, yes; Gregg Fraser,y ; Paul Andrews* yes. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. The Public Session was adjourned at 6:05 PM. <br /> Chairman Paul Andrews reconvened the Public session at 6:32 PM. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion that the Clause 2 Veterans Exemption Application received from Roland <br /> Bird, 89 Sampson's Mill Road, be denied. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion.
