Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved <br /> 11 BUSINESS <br /> Personal Exemption Applications <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion that the Board of Assessors approve as recommended the list of seven <br /> Personal Exemption applications listed on report# E-03242014-G, starting with the name Almeida, <br /> Edward D. & Virginia and ending with the name Monaghan, M. Fruth. Sheldon Holzer seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Real Estate Abatement Applications <br /> Jason Btrebl reported that there are just 14 abatement applications rraining. One of those is for <br /> Mashpee Wampanoag pillage. Jason streebel stated that he is waiting for validation of income <br /> calculations from Kapinos Associates. The other 13 abatement applications are for Deer Crossing <br /> commercial properties and Mr.Streebel is waiting for financial data that has not yet been received. The <br /> Board agreed to wait for one more month to receive their financial data before deciding to approve or <br /> deny the 13 Deer Crossing abatement applications. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a notion to approve as recommended the seven real estate abatement <br /> applications listed on report# E-0324-20'14-G, starting with the name Fitzgerald, Denise P., and <br /> ending with the name Lynch, Nicholas S. Trustee, c Ann M. Sheldon Holzer seconded the emotion. <br /> The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Gregg Fraser made a motion to deny as recommended the real estate abatement application listed on <br /> report## RE-03242014-D, starting and ending with the name Tenney, Albert W., c/o Boruchovich, <br /> Engene & ,lana. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 1 <br />
