Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors adjourn the Public session and move into <br /> Executive session, to return to Public Session, in order to comply with the MGS Chapter 59, Section <br /> 60, to discuss issues, the contents of which are not public record. Sheldon Holzer seconded the <br /> rutin. ROLL CALL: Paul Andrews, yes; Sheldon Holzer, ]yes. The motion was approved. The <br /> Public session was adjourned at 6:08 PM. <br /> The Board returned to Public session at 8:20 PNI. <br /> Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors recommend to the Board of Selectmen the <br /> acceptance of the -year contract with Paul Kapins and Associates. Jason Streebel reported that Grace Sandell, DOR, had visited the office <br /> twice to do her quality review. Jason streebel stated that he has been finishing up the sales <br /> * reviews in the field and in the office. <br /> Cyclical Listing Statistics. Jason streebel has been working on getting cyclical listings <br /> completed. <br /> Letter of Interest Selectmen: Reminder to Paul Andrews: his terra of office is up for <br /> renewal as of June 30, 2014, and a letter of interest from Paul Andrews is due to Board of <br /> Selectmen in order to continue to serve on the Board of Assessors. <br /> Pending Aliplications. Jason str ebel reported that there are 17 abatement applications still <br /> pending, all for Deer Crossing.
