Vote 4-0 to strongly recommend David Egel's appointment to <br /> interview new volunteer the Cultural Council, M. Nina completed the Annual Report Section 1 and 2 with the <br /> Nina Cocomazzi. Massachusetts Cultural Council on October 15,201.8. The total <br /> amount for granting for FY 2019 is$4,966. There are no <br /> administrative costs for FY 2019. FY19 allocation from the <br /> Town of Mashpee is$90 for the Council. <br /> There are several bills pending for FYI 8. Notices were sent out <br /> to all grantees on October 7,2018 who have not submitted bills. <br /> Unpaid grants total $1700 in encumbered fund for FYI <br /> 5 projects remain outstanding as of 10122118. <br /> *Discuss and vote on 15 Thin. 4-0 Vote to approve the transfer of fund from Mashpee Rec request, <br /> request from Mashpee Only$375.00 was allocated for this project not$500.00 from the <br /> Recreation Department original request. <br /> regarding funding - <br /> FY18. <br /> *Review Mashpee 15 min. 4-0 Vote to accept the January 29,2018 recommended changes to the <br /> Cultural Council Mashpee Cultural Council website.
