Kaplan,yes opposed,none <br /> APPOINTMENTS HEARINGS: <br /> Review of Plans for Pro used Corra qMnity Park Re-,Develo anent Project: <br /> Catherine Laurent, Director of Public Works was before the Community <br /> Preservation Committee to give an update on the Community Park <br /> Re-development project proposed for Amding at the May 2013 Town Meeting. <br /> The prey conceptual plan for the Community-Park which includes the <br /> adjacent Veterans Garden as prepared by the project architects, VHB o <br /> Watertown,MA was reviewed in detail. An updated budget was Included in the <br /> informational package for additional review and consideration. <br /> it was noted that a waging path consisting of a hardened chip-seal surface <br /> meanders around the perimeter of the property. The pavilion or bandstand <br /> Structure is located in the lower corner of the property. An accessible ramp is <br /> included in the pavilion design as is electrical power and lighting. In review ng <br /> the plan, it was suggested the to existing trees closest to the bandstand b <br /> removed or transplanted to u-ther open the pavilion area for spectators. <br /> Enclosure: Conceptual Plan&Revised Budget. <br />
