It was noted this.figure includes the remainder of the Trust Fuad <br /> distribution secured from surplus revenues. <br /> With this information,the CPC Committee conducted their review of the projects <br /> proposed for the May 2014 Town Meeting. <br /> Nancy Soderb r —Mashvee Historical Commission: A,Histor of Mashpee: <br /> hpe : <br /> $22.,500.. <br /> It was noted that a budget of$22,500 is anticipated to print 1500 copies of an <br /> updated pictorial history of the Tom.of Mashpee. The boobs are proposed to be <br /> sold for$20 each. Funds from the sale of the books are expected to be returned to <br /> the designated Town fund. <br /> At the last meeting, IVIS. I ommelmeyer indicated that all receipts for the proposed <br /> book would be required to be deposited into the Town's General Fund unless <br /> p <br /> s ecial fund detailed to trach sales is set up by the Town Accountant. After <br /> reviewing this matter with the Town Accountant, it was disclosed the <br /> recommendation of Ms. Romrmelmeyer to deposit proceeds from the book to the <br /> Town's General Fund is accurate. <br /> In reviewing additional funding options for this purpose,there is favorable <br /> indication that rational Development/Bridges at Mashpee may fully fund the <br /> printing of the pictorial history o the Torn o Mashpee. <br /> National Development Acquisitions is proposing to construct a memory' care <br /> assisted living residence in Mashpee. The project is currently under review by the <br /> Cape Cod Commission. As part of the CCC process,the project must comply <br /> with economic development criteria-as set forth in the Cape Cod Commission's <br /> Regional Policy Plan. As a result a uncial contribution toward the Historical <br /> Commission's pictorial booklet project to enhance preservation efforts in the <br /> Town may be received as mitigation toward the new development project. <br />
