Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes,-Executive Session <br /> February 13, 201 i <br /> efor 1 o W'11*�n WdelRoad- 23.6 A. res: <br /> Members of the Community Preservation Cottee met with Annie Hart Cool <br /> for the purpose of negotiating for the acquisition of 104 William Minn <br /> Saddleback Road,Mashpoe. <br /> The Community Preservation Cottee disclosed heir vote of -3 to defer the <br /> acq sition of the Littleford Property citing concern with respect to legal access <br /> that would affect the pace of the property if the Town were unable to build on it. <br /> It was indicated this was not a rejection of the proposal,but a commendation for <br /> the project proponent to eonfum with a land-use attorney,engineer or town <br /> planner the question of access. <br /> In considering this matter, it was also noted the-CPC Cottee had concern at <br /> their last ineeting for the need of affordable housing in the Town of Mashpee. In <br /> reviewing this matter, it was meed that both the Legis and Littleford properties <br /> w Abe.considered-fo .affiordabl ,hour Littleford.proper as result <br /> of its size and location should be examined further. It was related to Mr. Hart <br /> Cool that accessibility is the-key for awed use prDject� fordable housing and <br /> open space. <br />
