Mr. Creighton states that Natural Heritage requested that they remove the <br /> fence from the front beach and no longer have a path through the fence. Mr. Creighton says that there was <br /> an area of Amm phila that was griped out when Sandy carne through which now leaves an open flattened <br /> out area;they do not have any permits to restore it so it will,remain as is. Agent McManus asks ghat the <br /> square footage of the fence is and Mr. Creighton explains the dimensions. <br /> Motion made, seconded and unanimously carried to approve the request to amended the Order of <br /> Conditions for 3#2561 <br /> 1 <br />
