Conditions with original signatures was misplaced, he asked that the Commissioners <br /> sign it again. There is no change. <br /> Mr. McManus noted there is a slight change in the agenda. Certificates of Compliance. <br /> are included so the Commissioners can ask questions and know what they are signing. <br /> Agent McManus stated that Mr. Smith put the plantings too close to the salt area so they <br /> died. He will be working with Mr. Smith to put them further upland. Hewould not <br /> release the COC until compliance has been met. <br /> Agent McManus stated he received grant application for the Cape Cod Extensions <br /> County Grant Program whi ch is for consmation pro j ects or environmental prof ects. Last <br /> year he received $4,000 for the Moody Pond regrading of the road arra creating-a 4 ear <br /> parking lot. He asked the Board for any suggestions. He can apply for up to $4,000. <br /> olloing discussion, the commissioners suggested the guardrail previously discussed <br /> and an osprey nest on Gooseberry Island. <br /> Motion rade.
