He explained the interior will also be increased slightly <br /> with the addition on the south side of the residence. All construction is located within <br /> one hundred feet of the wetland areas. Agent McManus said there is request for a waiver because the <br /> work is being proposed within 50 feet of the bordering vegetated wetland. There will be <br /> no removal of Vegetation and no excavation.
