He explained the owner i <br /> planning to demolish the existing house and construct a new hoose basically the same <br /> size. The garage is in the same place but adjusted slightly to be made parallel to the lot <br /> line. Mr. Bunker said the existing septic is 10" from the landward property line and <br /> stated they will be adding one chamber per the Board of Health recd nxnendation in order <br /> to make its capacity match the number of bedrooms in the house . The deck will be on <br /> the side away from the beach with stairs UP to that location. The house will be on pilings <br /> and replaced. When the construction is complete, all disturbed areas will be re a et to <br /> with appropriate native plantings. <br /> Theg ent stated there is some freeing up of the coastal dune on the seaward side in <br /> exchange for some minor encroachment on the side of the house for the patio layout. The <br /> lower right side shows where the patio is going. The Agent refernced the coastal dune <br /> 10.27 under the State Wetlands Protection Act. The Agent stated that no part of this <br /> project is proposing to shift or aper the dunes in such a way that would cause any adverse <br /> effect. It is fully in keeping with the performance standards.
