Gurnee, Brad Sweet, , <br /> Robert Anderson, Dale McKay, and Associate Member Louis DlMeo. <br /> Staff Present: Conservation Agent Andrew McManus and Administrative Secretary Cynthia <br /> Barton. <br /> CALL MEETING To ORDER: 5:55 p.m. The Meeting was called to order with a quorum by <br /> Acting Chairman Ralph Shaw at 5:55 p.m. <br /> PRE/POST-HEARING AGENDA: <br /> Minutes: Approve March 13, 2014 Minutes. <br /> Motion: Brad Sweet made a motion to approve the Minutes of March 13, 2014, seconded by Mr. <br /> Rogers.. vote was unanimous. <br /> Administrative Review:: 403 Great oak Road, SE -2481. Proposed changes: locate dwelling <br /> further away from the Resource Area and cantilever deck with concrete pier footings. <br /> Matt Costa, Costa Associates, represented the request and stated that the new house will be <br /> further array from the wetland. There will not be a change in the limit of work. The Board of <br /> Health has approved the proposed septic system. <br /> The Agent said that the scope of the changes is minor and is within the previously approved work <br /> limit. The proposed house will be located further away from the resource area with a smaller <br /> footprint. This coastal bank is by slope,definition only and not a sediment source for dov adrift <br /> resource coastal areas; therefore, there ill be no ad verse effect with the proposed cantilevering <br /> of the deck. He recommended approval of the Administrative Review. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet rade a motion to approve the Administrative Review, seconded by Mr. <br /> Rogers. Mote was unanimous - . <br /> 4 <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Ann Marie Durnais, 372 I lonomosooy Road. Proposed pier, ramp and float. Continued <br /> from January 9, 2014 at request est of engineer-. NOL <br /> i. <br /> Resource Areas: Land under Ocean, LSCSF (Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flog), Salt Marsh, <br /> Bordering vegetated Wetland, Coastal Bank, Land Containing Shellfish. <br /> Mark Burtis, Little Diver Boatyard, represented the Applicant and said that the homeowner bought <br /> this waterfront property with the intent of building a pier, ramp and float. It will consist of a 12'x48' <br /> elevated fined pier with a gangway down to a float with 12 piles on Great River. Harbormaster <br /> ter <br /> Stephen Mone has approved the proposal. Shellfish Constable Fick York requested additional <br /> piling for the float stops. He explained that the float stops are constructed to allow for shellfishing <br /> during lour tide. <br />
