Proposed additions to <br /> existing dwelling will include patios, covered entry, garage and breezeway as well as <br /> installation of septic upgrades and an Osprey Nesting Pole. All the work will be done within the buffer zone excluding to land <br /> subject to coastal storm flowage which is denoted by elevation I 1 which is flood zone A <br /> and wraps around the existing structure and connects onto adjacent property.
