She reviewed the budget to date. <br /> Notion: Jack Jordan moved to accept the t'reasurer's Report,seconded by Jean <br /> Noussee. vote unanimous. <br /> OUTREACH COORDINA'TOR'S REPORT <br /> Director Lynne Waterman thanked Darlene for all of thework she did with all <br /> of the holiday programs. <br /> Darlene Perkins, Outreach Coordinator, distributed her report for December. She <br /> thanked all of the staff and volunteers who gave so much of their time over the holidays. <br /> Darlene noted many of the events that took place over the holiday season: The Caper's <br /> club delivered gifts to Mashpee seniors,the Mashpee Council on Aging delivered 20 gift <br /> bags with items donated through a local health care agency. The Mashpee <br /> Congregational Church and Mashpee Men's Club donated 10 turkey baskets so senior <br /> families could celebrate a lovely holiday dinner. She thanked all for their contributions <br /> of time and energy to help make Mashpee Seniors have a wonderful holiday season. <br /> Darlene reviewed her hone and office visits. She noted the"Brown Bag"program <br /> served 27 seniors this month and thanked the volunteers who bagged and delivered. She <br /> also noted she has been working with seniors who have been applying for fuel assistance. <br /> Darlene Perkins said she is meeting monthly with volunteers and the volunteer <br /> biographer is working with one of our senors writing his biography. We have a new <br /> volunteer driver and 10 Mashpee residents turned 90 plus and received flowers delivered <br /> by a volunteer. 'There were 10 volunteer rules this month. <br /> Darlene noted some of the meetings she attended: Hoarding 'Task Force, Elder Services <br /> Board of Directors meeting, and the Cape Outreach Coordinator's monthly meeting. <br /> Motion: Jack Jordan moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator's Report, <br /> seconded by Jack Dorsey. 'Vote unanimous. <br />
