5 <br /> 5 <br /> i <br /> Darlene reviewed the monthly meetings she attended: Elder Services of Cape Cod Board <br /> of Directors meeting, Cape outreach Coordinator's monthly meeting and the Mashpee <br /> Hoarding Task Force. Darlene noted she also attended the Massachusetts Housing <br /> Authority annual meeting on Hoarding and met with the new Mashpee Village service <br /> coordinator. <br /> Darlene said she also met with Lipper Cape outreach Coordinators to share the services <br /> our senior center provides for our residents. <br /> Motion: Virginia McIntyre moved to accept the Outreach Coordinator's deport, <br /> seconded by Jean Noussee. Vote unanimous. <br /> VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR REPORT <br /> Director Waterman distributed the volunteer Coordinator report and reviewed the report <br /> with the council members. The Director spore about the volunteer recognition <br /> luncheon on May 15. She asked the board members to be there at 11:00. She stated that <br /> i <br /> there will be 134 people attending. Virginia McIntyre is the volunteer of the year and <br /> i <br /> Mary Gaffney well be the MC at the luncheon. <br /> Motion: Jean I ou see moved to accept the volunteer Coordinator's report, <br /> seconded by Virginia McIntyre. Vote unanimous. <br /> ACTIVI'T'Y COORDINATOR REPORT <br /> Director Waterman distributed the Activity Coordinator report and reviewed the report <br /> with the members. She highlighted the Balance Class, Prescription Advantage <br /> Presentation, the April Birthday party, the musician, AARP tax preparation prograrn way <br /> a success, the Social Dining Around, Tramping the Dune Shacks, and the Animal Control <br /> Officer for Mashpee gave a presentation,on.our Cape Cod Coyotes. <br /> Motion: Jack Dorsey moved to accept the Activity Coordinator report, seconded by <br /> Jean Mouss e, vote unanitnods. <br /> Old Business <br /> None <br /> New Business <br /> Director Watennan announced them is a Council on Aging Board training forboard- <br /> members, staff and volunteers and Friends of the CoA on May 16 at 1:00 at the <br /> Barnstable Senior Center. <br />
