i P Minutes of Combined Meeting o Mashpee Design Review Committee and Mashpee flan Review Committee Held Tuesday, February 19, 2013 Mashpoe Town Hall Meeting Room 7 Design Review Members Present: Jonathan Furbush and harry LeBlanc Plan Review Members Present: Charlie ll aintanis# Local Inspector Torn Fudala,, Town Planner Glen Harrington, Health Agent Catherine Laurent, DPW Director Scott Carline, Police Department Joyce Mason, Town Manager Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. 168 Industrial Drive Mashpee Industrial realty, LLC Applicant seeks.to utilize approximately 6,000 square feet of space to Operate' m an antiques storage, shorrooand sales business i�ntarge Representative – Kevin Kirrane Kevin Kirrane stated he provided the Committee with copies of a current floor space of the building. Ike noted that of the 10}o o square feet space only about 6,000 square feet of the building will be utilized. The other spaces currently occupied or being occupied are identified. Following are points made by Mr. Kirrane. Unit 2 (actually Emit 'lar) being proposed for antiques retail and storage use. 0 Mashpee TV occupies 4,000 square feet; flip-flops operates from 3 p.m. and in the evening; Cape Cod rehab occupies other end of the building—good portion taken up with pool, track, etc. This use was approved for the left-hand side of the building, but was not approved for the right- hand side of the building at that time. Planning Board interested in parking issues and they are going to address those issues. They believe they comply with the -Lair. Nary LeBlanc asked whether they had a Site Plan. Tom Fudala showed Mary the originally approved Plan. Levin Kirrane said they are not proposing any pians; are merely applying for the retail use. Mr. Kirrane doesn't see this use as a major traffic parking generator. Charlie Maintanis commented that here is a genera 1, overall,parking situ ation,at that area.
