Charlie <br /> iaintanis commented that if structure more than 150 feet from road then you do have to <br /> maintain to allover Fire Department access to the structure. <br /> s Torn Fudala noted the driveway/parking area has to be paved for Fire Department access. <br /> a They are going to ZBA to get a set-back variance from Savannah's Path. <br /> Torn Fudala said IIIb. Bornstein will be notified when applicant goes to ZBA. <br /> Mr. Geyser said barn is under 20 feet total; no height change on existing structure. <br /> Parking will not be an issue-just office use. <br /> Torn Fudala advised Mr. Geyser to make sure parking spaces are the right size. <br /> Mr. Geyser asked if they don't want to cover everything with asphalt what are the prospects. Matt said they are herb looking for feedback before getting <br /> into the actual planning. <br /> They are ing to Z A to get a variance. <br /> Matt said they are just looking for thoughts, feedback and some direction and also some direction <br /> P <br /> from Fire Department that we're on same page so we can come back with Plan for approval. <br /> Matt had copy of approved Flan and pointed out the changes.they are considering. <br /> Same40-unit count. <br /> Style of homes/structure—basically identical..gust some minor architectural changes. <br /> 6-unit structure replaced with 2-4 units. <br /> additional structure on site. <br /> Main ft6m for discussion is realignment of Simons Road. Nlaff said they've had discussions <br /> with Torn Fudala on this and thea is a Warrant for Torn Meeting for relocation of the Simons <br /> Road easement. <br /> Open space/green space area made site better. <br /> Working with Natural Heritage—everything so far being approved by then. <br /> • Expanded natural heritage. <br /> • Utilities are-generally same as approved or somewhat better. <br /> 3 <br />
