Plan Review approved in 2009. <br /> The layout has been revised with the same number of,units and i-ll include the <br /> necessary site and infrastructure improvements and be seared by Willowbend <br /> Wastewater Treatment Facility. Simons-Road is proposed to be realigned as par's <br /> of the project. <br /> Representative resentative — Baxter Nye engineering & Surveying <br /> I�II I� I � <br /> Jack McElhinney from Willowbend addressed the Committee and stated they met informally about <br /> month ago to discuss modification of the 2009 approval received from the Planning Board for a 40- <br /> unit neighborhood which is now being renamed pillage at Willowbend. Mr. McBlhinney referred to the <br /> Site Plan and noted: <br /> Total of 12 buildings to be,located alongside realigned Simons Road. <br /> o Simons Road,is a public way--portions of the road are pared. <br /> Simons road location they are now proposing would be behind the units, rather than in front of <br /> the units. This works better for units and for abutters outside of Willowbend. <br /> 0 Rather than 4 3-story buildings, now proposing 3 3-story buildings and 9 2-story buildings 2 <br /> will be4-unit; 7 will be 2-unit . <br /> 0 IIIb. McElhinney said he and Matt Eddy spoke with the Fire Department regarding access and a <br /> note has been added to the Plan that all landscape vegetation in front of all habitable <br /> residential structures to be kept at 20 feet. <br /> e Warrant Article on for May Town Meeting. Mr. Mc lhinney said they are waiting for Planning <br /> Board meeting and they will re-submit amended Article and may have to amend the Article <br /> from the floor at the meeting. . <br /> First public hearing with Planning Board to be tomorrow evening. <br /> Mr. McElhinney said they will probably have.to go back to ZA, Torn Fudala suggested they <br /> go to ZA first before Planning Board signs off. Mr. Mclhinney said they will do that. <br />
