Cope of the BY-Laws portion that was read is attached to the printed set <br /> of these minutes. <br /> Joel Clifford stated hard-wired smoke detectors are required; and carbon monoxide detectors <br /> needed aswell. <br /> Charlie Maintanis advised that 2 means of egress are needed—Charlie noted that 2 doors <br /> needed and also the rescue opening. <br /> Mr. Burns said he will be living upstairs. <br /> Catherine Laurent said 2 parking spaces for primary residence and additional parking for <br /> accessory apartment are required. Mr. Burns responded he already has this. <br /> Catherine mentioned the water issue from abutter that flooded his basement* Mr. Burns said <br /> he put French drain in front of the house; he is putting in full new floor} he needs to put a berm <br /> and he talked to contractor about putting drain at end of driveway. <br /> Conclusion: This is just an informal m etin —Sit .Plan is needed-to show existing structure plus <br /> g <br /> proposed parking. Mr. Burns said he will file for a Special Permit with ZBA. _ <br />
