392 Great Neck Road Nom (continued <br /> a Catherine Laurent said regarding the road they pulled a permit and they complied with all <br /> conditions. <br /> Signage can be 4 square feet, but this can be reviewed if and when Mr. Whitney looks into <br /> signage review. <br /> Glen Harrington noted that there is an existing septic inspection on the property that is good for <br /> 2 years so if Applicant pulls a-building permit before Octoberthen they are set. <br /> Glen said the well was tested in the last 2 gears so that's fine also. <br /> 0 Glen cautioned that the building is to be away from septic and from the well. <br /> 0 Committee-will be looking for a Site Flan to be filed. <br /> Glen advised that the septic plan on file should show river bank. Glen offered to print out the <br /> septic plan. <br /> Torn Fudala asked about parkinglor customers. Mr. Whitneysaid he has plenty of parking area, but <br /> has no idea of how many customers he right have. Tom advised he can't turn site into a store or <br /> retail establishment. Torn said that is not allowed. <br /> Charlie Maintanis-read from theBy-Laws Use table concerning customairy borne occupation use. <br /> Motion: Glen Harrington motioned to approve pending verification of the Zoo foot setback from the <br /> river bank set for Conservation. Joyce Mason seconded this motion; and it was unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> Adio rnm ,. <br /> Glen Flarverrin ton motioned to adjourn; Tom Fudala seconded the motion; and the motion s <br /> unanimously passed.
