He said when they bought the radio stations they saver there were 2 <br /> radio stations-1 0 1.'l licensed to Mas and 93.51ice nsed to'Harwich Fort. He stated that 1-'1 2 <br /> years ago they did a study and moved the t wer from B rewster to south Dennis and changed 10 1.1 <br /> radio station. Project they are now proposing <br /> New antenna requires height to get transmission over to Sandwich. <br /> 0 Echo road is ideal location to corer the whole area in Mashpee, Sandwich, and down.,to East <br /> Falmouth. <br /> 0 12 foot pole to be installed; antenna down 5 feet from top. <br /> Pole should not be visible from anywhere. There is a big cell platform so can't see what's on <br /> top. <br /> 0 No new construction on the ground. <br /> 0 should tate about a day to put the pole up. <br /> Tom Fudala advised that the Planning Board felt project so minimal it doesn't require a Public <br /> Hearing. Torn said the Cape Cod Commission has decided this is just staff level issue so Town can <br /> move ahead. Torn said special PermitBy-Law requires Planning Board and Design Review to <br /> review. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> Motion: Mason motioned to recommend approval of this request; Scott Cariine seconded this <br /> {` motion; and it was unanimously approved by Plan Review and Design Review Committee Members. <br />
