He said <br /> they didn't know they required a'kennel license. Glen Harrington explained under State regulations <br /> they need a kennel license and Board of Health calls for review of the kennel. <br /> Not breeding. _ <br /> Not buying:or selling dogs. <br /> Yard completely enclosed. Dogs arrays in the house. <br /> oVaccinations/licenses allup-to-date. <br /> Scott Canine asked whether there were any complaints lalnts from neighbors and are any of the dogs <br /> p <br /> aggressive in nature. Mr. Mahoney said he only had one complaint the other day when his son left <br /> the door open and dog was barking. <br /> Comment from Audience: Neighbor hbor Alan Costa, 2 Essex road, stated he was at meeting just <br /> observing and he has no comment at this time. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> Glen Harrington askedApplicant t submit a Plan S etch to the Board of dearth shoring the property <br /> g <br /> with fencing and any outside structures dogs may use for shelter. Appllcrnt said he will provide one. <br /> Anotion: 'Scott Canine motioned to approve kennel license proposal provided they submit Plan to <br /> Board of_Health with 4 dogs maximum. Drew McManus seconded the motion; and it;was <br /> animously approved. <br />
