Minutes of combined Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> Mashpee ee Pian Review Committee <br /> Held Tuesday, August 19, 2014 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waqu it Meeting Room <br /> Design Review Members Present: Joseph Cummings and Jonathan Furbush. <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Torn Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Michael Mendoza,a, Building Commissioner <br /> r <br /> Tom.Mayo, Assistant Town Manager r <br /> Audience: Geoff Spillane — Mashpee Enterprise <br /> Torn Fudala called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m. <br /> 36 savanna's Path <br /> Representative — .Joe Hackler <br /> Convert existing house into an office <br /> Add solar pole barn structure for store-e and warehousin <br /> Conrad Gy ser and ,Joe Tackler appeared. Torn Fudala mentioned that address to be changed from <br /> Savanna's Path to Trinity Place. Torte Mayo asked if road name was changed on the Plan. Tera <br /> Fudala said "yes'!, just needs number assigned. <br /> Conrad Geyser addressed the meeting and stated: <br /> General project description is they are trying to convert residential property to commercial use. <br /> They will take residence and tura into office and build a warehouse. <br /> Road layout and drainage done though Planning Board. <br /> Proposed warehouse structure-is 50X85 feet. Building Plans to be submitted. <br /> Going before ZA in a couple of creeks because they need setback relief—mainly from the <br /> warehouse. <br /> Conrad Geyser said they are going to ask for a variance to do gravel, not paved, in some <br /> areas. <br /> Mr. Geyser thinks they may request to cut some of the trees on the edge of the bank. <br /> Going to propose downward lit luminaries for lighting. <br /> Inspection ports for the septic have been put in. Glen Harrington noted they are covered <br /> insofar as the septic. <br /> Torn Fudala mentioned the building pitch. Also, he noted Page 1 of Plan submitted here is <br /> outdated and different from what was submitted to Planning Board. <br /> Torn Fudala said side variance is listed on the variance request, but side variance not needed. <br />
