Mr. Seminara said he <br /> will tell there that can't be done and will only be one floor. <br /> 2 bathrooms in event in the future each bay is ever rented individually. Glen Harrington said if <br /> ever separated thea they have to be separately plumbed. <br /> No vehicles in John Deere section. <br /> Glen Harrington advised that floor drains are not allowed. Everything done on "dry basis <br /> method, Mr. Serinara said he is happy to hear that. <br /> Glen Harringtonsaid office space square footage is to be included In the septic report. Also, <br /> Glen said drainage needs sub-surface components to get rid of the grater. <br /> Each unit to have a bathroom. <br /> Ir. Young said there are 28 parking spaces.. <br /> Jonathan Furbush asked whether they would be looking for any variances. Berrie young said they <br /> are gong to ask for a waiver for curbing requirement and the thought is to install bumpers in lieu of <br /> curbing. Jonathan explained that Charlie Rowley, Town Engineer Consultant, would be involved. <br /> Jonathan explained the process in having Charlie Rowley do review and his services are charged to <br /> the applicant via bond. <br /> Glen Harrington advised that filing for septic with Board of Health can be done concurrently with filing <br /> for Permits. <br />
