Financial Update <br /> Mar LeClair reported the balance rerr�ai sat$21.25. <br /> b. Board vacancy <br /> Chairman Sherman reported there have been no applicants and noted anyone interested in <br /> applying needs to have a real estate license, <br /> C, Discussion on organizing industrial properties. <br /> Chairman Sherman reported she has spoken to Tammy Grey and they are stili interested <br /> in organizing the businesses in the park. <br /> i <br /> . Update regarding sale of property located at 117 Industrial Drive Extension <br /> Toni Mayo stated that since the last time the members met the applicant has gone before <br /> the Board of Health and the Zoning Board of Appeals. They had their meeting with the <br /> Board of Health and received their conditions. The Board of Health approved the <br /> conditions and seat them over to the ZBA. The ZBA reviewed the application at their <br /> meeting and discussed their issues and included the Board of Health recommendations in <br /> their decision which was favorable. Toni said we are now awaiting a closing date. The <br /> appeals period for the ZBA decision is 20 days which ends on February 5. Tom <br /> anticipated a closing date of mid to late February. <br />
