The Commission voted to accept this DCPC <br /> nomination for consideration at its July 25, 2013 meeting. The nominated area being considered for <br /> proposed DCPC designation is Cape-wide,covering all 15 towns that comprise Cape Cod. The purpose <br /> of the public hearing is to take public testimony on the proposed DCPC designation. This notice is <br /> being published as required by Section 5 of the Cape Cod Commission Act. <br /> Nominating Entitv: Cape Cod Commission <br /> Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so. Written comments may also be submitted at <br /> the hearing,or delivered or mailed to the Cape Cod Commission,P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main Street, <br /> Barnstable,MA 02630 for receipt on or before the date of the hearing or until the record is closed. <br /> Relevant documents may be viewed at the Cape Cod Commission office between the hours of 8:3o a.m. <br /> and 4:30 p.m. For further information and to schedule an appointment,please contact the Commission <br /> office at(5o8)362-3828.
