Torn Mgr. Oskar Klen rt Bike Richardson, E S Liaison Theresa Cook Sal DiBuno CALL To ORDER Chairman George Schmidt called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM- PLEDGE of ALLEGIANCE - Recited. PUBLIC LIC COMMENT- None REVIEW of MINUTES Theresa Cook rade ar motion that the Public Session minutes of the meeting of 1/31/13 be approved as presented, Oskar Klenert seconded the motion. The motion was approved with Charles G sior abstaining. Theresa Cook made a motion that the Executive Session minutes of the meeting of 1/31912 e approved as presented. Oskar Klenert seconded the motion. The motion was approved with • Charls Casio`abstaining. NEW BUSINESS • Comments from Eos Liaison = iF e Richardson Mr. Richardson hardson commented on the excellent response by the DPW and the Town to the}heavy snowstorm that occurred over the past weekend, • Transfer Requests is - None • Liaison Reports CIP Committee-Theresa Cook Theresa Cook reported that at the committee meeting n February ��", there was ar unanimous vote on a recommendation to Town Meeting as to where the money is to be spent on capital improvement-projects. Recommendations included: $150,000 to the DPW to purchase various equipment - Continuing the leases for police vehicles - Purchase of a vehicle for the Shellfish Constable $29,000 for purchase of a bus for the Recreation Department -- Purchase of 3 ambulances with $528,000 in ambulance receipts ..
