Ms. Cook recommended <br /> that Ms. Dami leave this year as is, and start to negotiate right after the May 2014 Town Meeting. <br /> Oskar Klenert made the observation that since Ms. Dame is elected by the Town of Mashpee <br /> residents, it would seem appropriate for her to go to the Mashpee residents to request a salary <br /> increase. <br /> Joyce Mason recommended that the Town conduct a position analysis review of all salaries across <br /> the board in September 2014. Any needed changes recommended as a result of the review would <br /> be proppsed in an article for the October 2014 Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Theresa Cook made a motion that the Finance Commiftee release the hold on the recommendation <br /> to approve the Town Clerk/Ele tions budget line item 10 under General Go vemment Expense <br /> Category.
