The motion was approved. <br /> TOWN MEETING REVIEW <br /> ' Budget Line Item re: Town Clerk Salary. Theresa Cook made a motion, seconded by Charles <br /> arsir, to have Mark Davini respond to the expected "Hold" on the Town Clerk budget line item: by <br /> simply reiterating the Committee's prior agreement with the Town Manager to review the geed for <br /> an adjustment to the Town Clerk's salary level, to be presented at the October Town Meeting for <br /> vote. <br /> Articles 8,1 5, 20. Theresa Cook made a motion, seconded by Tom Murphy, to have Charles <br /> asir respond to any questions on these three related articles. The motion was approved. If <br /> questioned, Town Counsel Costello will make ar statement with regard to Article 15. <br /> Article 20. Selectman Tera O'Hara will present an amendment statement regarding this article, <br /> requesting ar review by a subcommittee mittee t evaluate the advisability of l' ashpee to continue <br /> association with the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> *Transfer Requests <br /> sts <br /> Library. Joyce Mason requested a transfer of$11,000 from the reserve fund to the Library <br /> account, due to unanticipated excess utility costs. <br /> Theresa Cool{ made a motion that the Finance Committee approve a transfer of$11,000 from the <br /> reserve fund to the Library account to cover unexpected excess utility costs. Charles Gasi r <br /> seconded the motion. The motion was approved. <br /> Coun iI on Aging. Joyce Mason requested a transfer of Y 100 from the reserve fund t <br /> the Council on Aging account, due to unanticipated excess utility costs. <br />
