Town Mgr George Schmidt Christopher Arris Oskar Klenert David DelPne CALL To ORDER Chairman Theresa Cook called the meeting to order at :30 PM. PLEDGE of ALLEGIANCE— Recited. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None. REVIEW of MINUTES—8/21/2014 George Schmidt made a motion that the-minutes from the 8/21/2014 meeting be approved as presented. Charles Gasior seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: -0 approved. 5 OLD BUSINESS Revised Liaison Assignments 2014-201 Theresa Cook announced that the liaison assignments for the schools were changed as follows: George Schmidt would be the lead liaison with Charles Gasior as the backup up l-lalson. Messrs_ Schmidt and Gasior agreed to the change in assignment. NEIN BUSINESS ' October Town Meeting Warrant Review(Article numbers as per draft #1 of October Town Meeting Warrant) Article 1. George Schmidt made a motion that the Finance Committee recommend approval of Article 1. Oskar Klenert seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: motion approved (6-0). Article 2. Charles Gasior made a motion that the Finance Committee recommend approval of Article 2. George Schmidt seconded the motion. Roll Call Mote: motion approved (6-0). Article 3. David DelPonte made a motion that the Finance Commiftee recommend approval of Article 3. George Schmidt seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: motion approved (6-0). Article 4. David DelPonte made a motion that the Finance Committee recommen approval of Article 4. George Schmidt seconded the motion. Roll Call tote: motion approved (5-0). Theresa Cook recused herself from the vote. i Article 5. Article -will be removed from the Warrant. No Grote taken. i
