At the last Conservation meeting ,
he was asked if he would approach the commission to set up
this meeting . Nothing has been accomplished on this .issue to
date .
Dr . Ellis advised the harbormaster may be getting another
truck from the Police Department .
Dr . Gordon suggested that the Commission do as Mr . Schwartz
I
did several years ago and get $20 ,,000 transferred . That $20 ,000 will be used to buy additional buoys
and perhaps another outboard motor . Usage is under state
law . The Waterways improvement Fund should be used to
improve the waterways , in general ; a strong case can be made
that physical equipment should be supplied by the town out of
general. revenue .
VO
T ;Motion made and s co nded that a sub-committee be farmed
that is authorized to represent the board , as a whole ,
i n a vote , to wr'to May 'rown Meeting Agenda items
Unanimous vote
Sub-comml.ttee .
