to put up a public notice, which has not yet been done. <br /> NOTE* Motion made and seconded to write a letter to the Corp, <br /> expressing concern about any larger boat other than the 17 foot <br /> Boston Whaler planned for use for Dr. Hendler l s dock and provide <br /> them with a diagram showing tide flows, etc. Unanimous vote. <br /> WAQ O T BAY: Mr. Ellis reported one rescue last Sunday. <br /> GRANT REQUESTS: Dr. Gordon reported that grant monies have <br /> been received in the amounts of $5 ,000 for the Popponesset tight <br /> tanks and $20 , 000 for a boat purchase for Wauoit. <br /> TOWN MEE'T'ING: Dr. Gordon reported that town meeting articles <br /> were 100% successful. Mr. Ellis has ordered a pick-uptruck. <br /> A thank you letter was received from Nick Rucke Jr. mentioning <br /> the planing channel in Okway Bay. <br /> Mr, Homeer stated that Mr. Ellis reports to Dick Murray at <br /> the State level and not the Selectmen. It was recommended that <br /> Mr. Ellis keep a daily log. <br /> DOCK PERMIT REVIEW: The old dock needing replacement in Ockwa <br /> Bay has shallow water 8 feet beyond it, Mr. Homeyer stated <br /> that it will not pass Con Comm. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: Mr. Ellis asked that another liaison be <br /> appointed who provides a supportive effort on behalf of <br /> Waterways, and Dr. Gordon stated he will follow this up.
