Part of the.- problem has been, <br /> the definition of the Tdwn ' s Town'spropo. ed function for that parcel <br /> has never been firmly stated , <br /> Rep . Caffyn re-stated , that the question that was going to cone <br /> Grp was what does the Town want to do with the ten acres , and <br /> Mr . -Kirsner stated he would obtain that information. <br /> Mr . Kirsner agreed to give Rep . Caffyn the various materials <br /> relative to the -10 Acre Site, and she would meet with Senator <br /> Henri Rauschenbach, and will arrange to have Mr. Kirsner .present . <br /> N. Kir ner stated that he had received a, r•ep'ort from the sub <br /> committee which consisted of Catherine Conroy, Bi11. Martlros , <br /> and Jack Cramer . Catherine read their repo r-t to the committee . <br /> Th-e . sub-committee recommended that the names of the original <br /> signers to the 1981 Agreement be 'inscribed on the plaque . <br /> Carey Murphy roved that the report relatl*v.e to' the memorial <br /> plaque be accepted . J . Monaghan seconded , All in favor. So <br /> moved . <br /> Mr . KI"rsner thanked the ub�ccmmittee for a job wel-1 dome . <br /> IV SOUTH CAPE BEACH OPTION RELATIVE TO NEW TOWN BEACH FACILITY . <br /> Mr. Rirsner asked if every member had received a notice of a <br /> Grote from the Board of Selectmen in which they declined to go <br /> forward on the option to acquire the New Town Beach. Morris <br /> explained that various other parcels within - the locus of the <br /> park that are in the names of the Town , would be retained by <br /> the Town. <br />
