Cape Beach under the terms of the Agreement of 1981 be- <br /> tween the Town and the Massachusettes Department of Environ- <br /> mental Management. <br /> Hunting i , hweer, not prohibited by the town by-laws . <br /> Therefore, the m tter comes before the committee for its con-- <br /> sideration as -to whether or not hunting should be permitted. <br /> The issue that has to be borne in mind by the members of the <br /> committee when they faced these issues before is whether or not <br /> hunting at this time is consistent with the current use of the <br /> park, whether or not it represents a reasonable likelihood that <br /> there might be some danger to people. Those are the issues that <br /> the committee is .going to hav6 to resolve while we proceed with <br /> this hearing, <br /> Jim Young, President of the Falmouth Rod & Gun Club tted ' that <br /> they were- in favor of hurting on South .'Cape Beach. Mr. Young <br /> stated that for this past year, and many years prior, there .had <br /> been no problem's with 'hu-nting on South Cape' Be' ch. <br /> Stam Bi iki stated there 'hid been no problems on the.'be'ach. <br /> therefore, he 'was in favor of continued hunting on South Cape <br /> Beach. <br /> Mile DeSouza was also in favor of continued hunting on South <br /> Cape Beach. <br /> No one among the hunters was opposed to hunting on South Cape <br /> Beach. <br />
