Mr. Kirsner stated that Representative Patrick was waiting for the committee to give him gu-idance . Rep. Patrick wi 1 l draw -the legislation, Ir. Kirsner explained that they had spent three years . we .have. reached. the point- where we are -doing to mak e a recommendation to -the selectmen. The - electmen will write that letter. Rep. Webber of the Dept.- of Environmental Management res ectfull r ' e- questinc that he 'take e the. steps to transfer the ten -acre site to the .Town of Mashpee ursuant to the provisions, terms and condi- tions of Paragraph 17 of the 1981 Agreement between the Town of ashee and the Commonwealth. Joe Souza -stated he' would like to acid that he has been attending - these committee raeetings fori almost four years, and it has been the - same subject: The Ten Acre Site. Mr. Souza recommended that the parrs were in need of real rest rooms. - running water, and - showers . It needed some' permanent facilities .
