Supervisor South Cape Beach Representatives of the hunters Gary Carde.iro Jim Cardeiro I DISCUSSION of THE ISSUE OF ,HUNTING: Copies of Mr, Souza' s report on hunting were passed out to the committee. Mr, Souza' s report stated that there were no incidents reported to his office. There seemed to be less hunting activity on South Cape Beach this past season, Taking this into account, Nor. Souza saw no reason to curtail hunting for this season. As .in the past, signage will be posted in all safety zones as well as on Wills Work Road. By a 5 to 2 vote, hunting was approved with the sane restrictions for the following year. II DISCUSSION RELATIVE TO TEN ACRE SITE r. Kir ner stated that he- had met with David Level lle, Christine Gault,,, Nicholas Vontzalides, on March 12 , 2004 to discuss the votes of the Advisory Committee re : Ingress , Egress , Parking, Legislation, etc. , that Mr. Leveill.e' ,could write a letter to Christine tine Gault relative to the position of the Board of Select- men. A letter was written and a copy was passed out to each member of the committee. It would appear that the Board of Selectmen have now assumed the respon itility for further dis- cussion.
