<br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a
<br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on
<br /> Wednesday,November 14,2018,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue
<br /> to Owners, E. Michael and Arlene Sullivan a Written Finding under §174-17 and §1.74-24
<br /> (K) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a lavatory in a detached garage on
<br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 125 Parcel 256), Mashpee, MA with the
<br /> following conditions;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written
<br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6.

<br /> 5. Conditioned upon the applicant obtaining a restrictive covenant which shall be
<br /> approved by Town Counsel to include but not limited to the fact that there will be
<br /> no heat in this structure, no bedrooms, no quarters for occupants, no kitchen, and
<br /> to be winterized. There will be no ability to install a shower or tub of any kind
<br /> which will be part of the restrictive covenant. The only utilities allowed in the
<br /> bathroom would be a toilet and sink. This document upon its approval to be
<br /> recorded and submitted to this Board.
