Michael and Arlene Sullivan <br /> 404 Monomoscoy Road (Map 125 Parcel 256) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> APPEAL-201.8-50 <br /> The Board had a discussion and agreed that the bylaw does not specifically state <br /> whether or not a bathroom,bedroom, or other amenities are allowed in a detached garage, <br /> and all were concerned that the space would become a guest house which is not allowed <br /> under the current bylaws. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board agreed not to overturn the Building <br /> Commissioner's decision.Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday,November 14, 2018,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to deny <br /> the request to overturn the Building Commissioner's decision requested by E. Michael and <br /> Arlene Sullivan under M.G.L. Chapter 40A §§8 and 15 concerning construction of a <br /> lavatory in a detached garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Map 125 <br /> Parcel 256), Mashpee, MA. <br /> 3 <br />
