Connolly <br /> 5 Seconsett Island Road (Map 119 Parcel 13) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2018-36 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> August 22, 2018,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4-1 to issue a Variance to Patricia A. <br /> Connolly, at 5 Seconsett Island Road, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. The Variance requirement is a 50 ft. setback from wetlands. The plan depicts 33 <br /> ft., and the Board issues a 17 ft. Variance from the wetlands. <br /> 3.
