Roche, Trustees <br /> 401 Monomoscoy Road (Map 124 Parcel 64) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> APPEAL-2018-34 <br /> The Board had a discussion and agreed that the bylaw does not specifically state <br /> whether or not a bathroom, bedroom, or other amenities are allowed in a detached garage, <br /> and all were concerned that the space would become a guest house which is not allowed <br /> under the current bylaws. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board agreed not to overturn the Building <br /> Commissioner's decision.Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, July 25, 2018, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to deny the <br /> request to overturn the Building Commissioner's decision of Robert J.V. Roche and Donna <br /> M. Roche, Trustees for construction of a lavatory in their detached garage on property <br /> located at 401 Monomoscoy Road, Map 124 Parcel 64, Mashpee, MA 02649. <br /> 3 <br />
