i Town of Mashpee 16 Great Neck Road North X. ,r}/ Mash , Massachusetts 02649 BOARD OF HEALTH EXECUTIVE SESSION Mashpee Town Hall — Conference Roam 2 — OCKWAY MEETING ROOM Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday, July 10, 2013 Board Members Present: Also Present: Kalli pe Egl ff, Chair Glen Harrington, Health Agent Lucy Burton, Co-Chair Burton Caplan, Clerk Lucy Burton made a motion that the Board of Health open the Executive Session meeting of July 10, 2013. Burton Kaplan seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. Chair I alliope Egl ff called the Executive Session meeting to order at 7:54 PM. Doll CallVote: Lucy Burton, yes; Burton Caplan, yes; Kalli pe Egl fF, yes. 1. FY 2014 Landfill Monitoring Contract. Glen Harrington stated that Green Seal Environmental is the current contractor, and their bid,i t the budget amount for the year. Horsley Witten Group's proposal i $100 more. Green Seal Environmental ental has maintained their current bid for FY 2013 and FY 2014 landfill contract. Mr. Harrington commented that Green Seal Environmental has kept in touch, has been professional, and has done the research. Mr. Harrington never had any issues when Horsley Witten Group was the environmental consultants for the landfill. The Burd members discussed the contracts, and since the two proposals are identical, change is not recommended. Lucy Burton made a motion that the Board of Health adjourn the Executive Session and re-eater the Public Session, not to return to the Executive Session. Burton Caplan seconded the motion.- The otion:The motion was unanimously approved.
