Thank you for the memo. The housing authority at this point is undecided on whether or not we will be applying for CPA, given that.the selectmen have removed articles in the past even though we've had 100% CPC support. This subject will actually be discussed at our next meeting and 1 will get back to you to let you know what the board decides on. There would be potential for continuing funds for the HAP,however the administrative fee would most likely increase due to all the work we are doing on this program. $110,000 for 3 years=$330,000. We may also request money to help purchase a property or two to provide affordable year-round rentals for those working,but not making enough to afford rents. (Fair market rent for a one-bedroom is$1,083.00, 2 bedrooms$1,441.00 and 3 bedrooms$1,817.00) $400,000 - $600,000.
