An article amending Section 174-24C.3., submitted by the Planning Board, which would include <br /> archaeological sensitivity of a site in the items to be considered in the review and approval of <br /> Special Permits. <br /> . An article amending Section 1'74-47.1 .10.; submitted by the Planning Board, which would <br /> amend the affordable housing requirements of the Cluster Subdivision Zoning Bylaw by <br /> restricting the issuance of occupancy permits for half of the residences in the development until <br /> the required affordable housing provisions have been met. In addition, it removes the provision <br /> that the affordable dousing lots would become part of the open space after 3 gears, but leaves the <br /> provision that the extra market-rate lots would do so. Both are intended as incentives and <br /> enforcement mechanisms to ensure thep rovision of the required affordable housing in timely <br /> manner. <br /> .
