Para Wilmot,t, owner of 7 Park Road, introduced herself to the Board. <br /> Mrs. Wilmot commented that a builder informed thea that the deed restriction was removed, and a second <br /> bedroom was added. <br /> Burton Kaplan made a motion that the Board of Health approve the request to remove the deed restriction on <br /> Park Fad subject to the applicant's attorney.drafting the document to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds <br /> and subject to increasing the capacity of the septic system to accommodate the existing bedrooms prior to the <br /> sale. Kallipe Eglff seconded the motion. The-motion was unanimously ar pprved. <br /> . Variance Request from Board of Health septic Regulation: 218 Wheeler Road— Riling Qun Xu. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that on May 15, 2014, Shawn McElroy per-formed a septic inspection for property <br /> transfer purposes at 218 Wheeler Fad. The inspection identified that the outlet manhole of the septic tank and <br /> the inlet manhole of the pump chamber did not have risers to within 6 inches of grade. A varian e has been <br /> requested by the homeowner to n t install the risers. Mr. McElroy provided reasons to grant the variance. <br /> Kalli pe Egloff made a motion that the Board of Health approve the variance request for 218 Wheeler Road t <br /> not install the risers until a repair or upgrade of the septic system is performed. Burton Kaplan seconded the <br /> motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> . Request for 2014 Mobile Food Permit: Cafe a la Cam—William Hollinger. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that a request for a new 2014 Mobile Food Permit has been requested by William <br /> Hollinger. The cart has been satisfactorily inspected, and the application, ServSafe Certificate, and Allergy <br /> Awareness Certificate have been provided. The commissary kitchen that will serve as a licensed facility is the <br /> Paddock Restaurant in Hyannis. <br /> Kalliope Egloff made a motion that the Board of Health approve the 2914 Mobile Food Permit for-Caf6 a lar Cart <br /> with the conditions that permission from the land owner and zoning office be obtained prior to operation at <br /> each desired operational location, in this case Il ashpee Commons. Burton Kaplan seconded the motion. The <br /> motion was unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Defuse Regulation — Draft Amendments. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that at the meeting ofJune 19, 2014, the discussion on the draft amendment of <br /> the Defuse Regulation lation was continued to this meeting. Mr. Harrington discussed additional deletions, and the <br /> Board suggested other changes to the draft amendment of the Refuse Regulation. Mr. Harrington remarked <br /> that the Recycling regulation contains information that would pertain to the Refuse Regulation. <br /> The Board continued discussion on the draft amendment of the Refuse e I egulation to the net Board of Health <br /> meeting scheduled on August 21, 2014. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> 1. Household Hazardous Products Collection Davy— August 16, 2014— Mashpee Hlgli School. <br /> Calliope Egloff commented that Catherine Laurent, Mashpee Department of Public works Director: provides <br /> the paper shredder and staff to shred paper for the Household Hazardous Products Collection Day. fps. Egloff <br /> remarked that attendance for the Household Hazardous Products Collection Day in other towns on Cape Cod <br /> has been greater than fashpe's participation. The Household Hazardous Products Collection Day will take <br /> place on August 16, 2014, from 9 AM until 1 PM at Mashpee High School. <br />
