Elinor Glener seconded the motion. <br /> The motion er as unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> • Virginia Thomas — Update on Human services Needs Assessment <br /> Virginia Thomas, consultant with Collaborative Research h LLC, introduced herself to the Committee. <br /> She stated,that she has conducted 43 interviews over the past 2 months, and added that we are <br /> very lucky in that Mashpee residents interviewed to date are very passionate and very much <br /> interested in what is best for Mashpee. While individuals may have their own nook in which they <br /> operate, everyone is concerned about the big picture. The individuals interviewed noted that they <br /> are very excited about the project and are pleased that the Towyn is conducting the survey. <br /> Ms. Thomas proceeded-to discuss in detait her key Informant Interview Findings, a copy of which <br /> will be attached to these minutes. Ms. Thomas made the point that the document collection update <br /> provided today is preliminary, as there are more interviews scheduled for the corning weeks. IIs. <br /> Thomas stated that she will be emailing to the committee members the draft resource inventory, a <br /> spread sheet not only of contracts in place but other resources in the community, adding a general <br /> description of services that exist. <br />
