PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 6, 1995 <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> Personnel Board members, Joseph Dellagala and Ronald Levine, resumed the meeting <br /> this afternoon at 1:30 p.m. for the purpose of conducting interviews for the <br /> Administrative Secretarial position to the Police Chief. Chief Przybylek was also present <br /> during the meeting. <br /> Candidates interviewed were: Barbara Costello,Jane Pierce, Lynn Sarver and Linda <br /> Cameron. Each candidate was advised of the rate of pay of$10.90/hr., the work hours <br /> of the position were discussed(37.5 hrs.) and the fact that the position is a union <br /> position. The background of each applicant was reviewed in relation to the job qualifi- <br /> cations. <br /> Note: Prior to the interviews, candidates were tested for their typing skills, dictation <br /> skills, and math ability. <br /> The panel narrowed down the process to recommend: Barbara Costello, Lynn Sarver, <br /> and Linda Cameron. Background checks will be conducted on each of the semi- <br /> finalists. The Chief agreed to submitting a joint letter from the Personnel Board to the <br /> Selectmen with their recommendations. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 4:35 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted,, <br /> lyn amen <br /> Personnel Administrator <br /> mf <br />
