General Laves w1fich outlined the things that <br /> should be contained in the records of Personnel such as all employee performance <br /> evaluations, written warnings, etc. They also reviewed a copy of Falmouth's Personnel <br /> Records Policy. Carol commented that Personnel files should be in Personnel and <br /> suggested sending Bob whritenour a note stating this. Norma suggested outlining what <br /> sups should be taken to correct the problem, Chairman Dellagala said that he would <br /> like to male an appointment with Bob Whritenour to discuss the law. All were in <br /> agreement. <br /> P.A.P. Draft <br /> The Personnel Administrator gave Board members a copy of a draft of the Personnel <br /> dfffi stration Plan along with highlighted changes. The Board will review the Plan one <br /> more time prior to sending it to the Consultants. It will then be reviewed by'Town <br /> Council. once complete, it vll be sent out to the Managers and non-mon employees <br /> for their review and comment. <br /> iciplary Procedures <br /> The Board.discussed adding a Disciplinary Procedures policy to the Personnel <br /> Administration Plan. Marilyn paid that she has examples of a few p li i s which she will <br /> bring to the next meeting. <br /> AgMtKce of Personnel Board Mnutes <br /> Joe Dellagala moved to accept the Personnel Board minutes of March 2Q,2 , and 27. <br /> Norma seconded the notion. All in favor. <br /> Aplion-Pl4n <br /> Marilyn advised the Board that their Action Plan was on the Selectmen's agenda last <br /> Monday, March 2 . Selectmen Costa requested that it be put on hold until he had an <br /> opportunity to review the changes. <br />
