r , <br /> s <br /> r. <br /> T. r <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> s 1ASPEE TOS HALL <br /> MEETING OF JULY 24, 1995 <br /> The following members of the Personnel Board were present: Joseph Dellagala, <br /> Chairman, Ronald Levine, and Carole Dunivan. <br /> Chairman Dellagala convened the meeting at 3:08 p.m. <br /> Update of Police Interviews <br /> ` Chairman Dellagala and Ron Levine updated the Board with regard the outcome of the <br /> interviews for a full-tune Police Officer position. Four people were interviewed: Craig <br /> Campbell, Lori Gubitosi, Craig Danger, and Thomas Westmoreland. Board members <br /> assisted Deputy Cooper with the interviews. The panel reco nnended Craig Campbell, <br /> currently of New Hampshire,to go on with further tests (the psychological and the <br /> physical). He is currently a police officer with the Eyndeborough Police Department and <br /> has been through the New Hampshire Police Academy. <br /> Carole Dunivan moved to recommend Craig Campbell. Ron Levine seconded the <br /> motion, All favor. <br /> Update of Part-Time Dispatcher Interviews <br /> Marilyn Farren advised the Board that the two candidates, Ben Perry and Dale Parks, <br /> who were chosen by the interviewing panel had also been recommended by Chief <br /> Przybylek and Chief Ewer. Both candidates had their final interviews with Lt. Mart <br /> from the Fire Department and Sgt. Umina of the Police Department. i <br /> Chairman Dellagala noted that the current Dispatch eligibility list was exhausted and <br /> asked that a memo be sent to Chief Prybylek advising him if he needs more part-time <br /> dispatchers to follow the procedure for requesting to advertise. <br /> e v Equipment operator <br /> Chaiffnan Dellagala updated the Board about the status of the Heavy Equipment <br /> Operator position. The position was advertised in-house, however,both he and the <br /> Director of Public works agreed that the position needs to go inside and outside at the <br /> saine three. 'There was no objection by the other members of the Board. <br /> Board Secretary <br /> The Board met with Nancy Peterson, an Alternate Board Secretary, who was appointed <br /> last October. Nancy advised that nothing had changed on her resume. She reviewed her <br /> availability with the Board. She currently works at world Gym in Ma hpee with <br /> Tuesday and Thursdays off. She has evenings free. She does a class on Monday, <br />
